It takes 72 hours for us to ship out your order and usually 7-14 business days to receive your order after we shipped out. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

What would the condition be like for confirmed design?

The confirmed design is box pre-opened. otherwise we won't know what's inside. but the plastic bag is still factory-sealed. the doll is intact inside. we pre-open the box just for confirming item with the tag card.

I have made several purchases through Whoopea and they are a wonderful company to deal with. For this review, I purchased three Dear Birds - Hirono, Skullpanda, and Molly and they are more precious in person than in photos and videos. Hirono is always a loves and Molly will make you laugh…lol…Love the smaller size and the quality is perfect. So great to have option to purchase individual confirmed boxes.
