I ordered from whoopea for the first time and was very delighted by the selection of blind boxes that they had. I really never have the time to go to popmart/minisoo, especially for exclusive drops so it was nice to be able to buy these on my time. Out of the the 7 items I orderd, they ended up sending me 1 wrong item but were very quick to fix it and send me the correct one!

Love the variety & choices! I have bought quite a few items from Whoopea recently but my first & favorite were the Nommi Weather Forecast series. I bought 2 blind boxes then bought two guaranteed ones so I could get the few I wanted.
Shipping was good and the boxes were packaged well.

Incredible Service, bought something 3 times. Had a problem with one order due to the item itself. As advised by others emailed (did not use the chat option) and had made a video of the unboxing (which they will request). They solved the problem immediately and sent out the missing part. 10/10 and will keep using them in the future.
