🎁 About Blind Box Products
All blind box items sold by Whoopea are brand new and factory sealed (not display items, not second-hand).
However, if you purchase a confirmed design, the boxes are usually opened so we can check the cards inside.
Blind box products are randomly selected and specific characters or styles cannot be chosen. Some series include hidden or rare editions. The probability follows the official brand distribution.
The joy of blind boxes comes from surprise. Please understand and accept the randomness before purchasing. -
✅ Authenticity & Product Source
We guarantee that:
✔ All products are sourced from official shops or authorized distributors
✔ No counterfeit, imitation, or refurbished items are sold
Packaging versions may vary slightly but product content and quality remain the same.
It is possible to receive a product with official defect, but it doesn't mean it is a fake product, because minor quality issues may occasionally occur during the production process.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Wolrd-wide shipping is available, and there is different shipping fee for different country and regions. Click here to learn more about shipping fee and free shipping policy.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (except for pre-order or special items).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders ship from China, international shipping usually takes 5–14 days, depending on your destination and customs processing.

International delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.
We will assist you in tracking your shipment and urge shipping carrier whenever you need.

Cancel Request Time Window
To protect your shopping experience, you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped out, whichever comes first.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped out.
If you are concerned about missing the time window to cancel your order, please add “【911】” at the beginning of your customer service email subject so that our support team can prioritize your request during working hours. -
Address Issue
We can help you modify your shipping information before the order is shipped out.
International shipping is a complex process, once the package has been shipped, logistics provider are unable to accept our address change request. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.
If you are concerned about missing the time window to update your shipping details, please add “【911】” at the beginning of your customer service email subject line so that our support team can prioritize your request during working hours.
Please note that we are unable to provide after-sales support for orders that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. -
Forgot to Use Discount
If you forget to apply a discount code, please contact our customer service by email and provide your order number and the discount code. We will refund the price difference accordingly.

- Blind box shows clear signs of being opened or tampered with (except for confirmed designs)
Before you open the package from us, please record the entire unboxing process video in one take (no edited), in case of any aftersale issues. We don't accept any aftersale issue without an unboxing video.

- Opened items without quality issues
- Damage caused by misuse or human error
- Issues resulting from improper use
- Defect or damage without unboxing video
- Price change (Our price changes based on multiple factors: market condition, international shipping fee, exchange rate, etc. We appreciate your understanding.)
- Dissatisfaction with the randomly received character or style
